The second step to having a healthy lifestyle is to get active. This means engaging in physical activity on a regular basis. -Drinking too much alcohol

Drinking in moderation is fine, but if you drink too much, it can lead to liver damage, heart disease, and cancer. So, it’s important to limit your alcohol intake.
